I've always been obsessed with what makes people come back to an app. What started as a curiosity about game mechanics turned into a career designing gamification systems, reward loops, and engagement layers for consumer apps used by 100M+ users.
I specialize in designing the systems that drive retention – streaks, coin economies, XP progression, daily rewards, and re-engagement loops. Whether it's a rewards app or a social platform, my goal is to make your product feel so satisfying that users build it into their daily routine.
I go deep, not wide - taking on 1-2 projects at a time, because gamification design isn't just about adding badges to a screen. It's about understanding your users' motivation, designing the right behavioral loops, and obsessing over every micro-interaction until the metrics move.

01
How long does a typical project take to complete?
Project timelines vary based on complexity. A simple project might take 2-3 weeks, while more comprehensive designs can take 1-2 months. I will provide a specific estimate after our initial consultation.
02
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a short brief to start. Tell me what you're building, where it is today (live product, MVP, or starting from scratch), and the core flows you want designed. If you have references, competitors, or existing brand assets, share those too. We'll align on scope and timelines on our discovery call before the project begins.
03
Can you work with my existing brand and designs?
Absolutely. I'll study your brand guidelines and existing components before designing anything new. My goal is to extend what you've built so new features feel native to your product.
04
What makes your design process unique?
I design for behavior, not just screens. Every flow is built around retention loops - onboarding, streaks, rewards, re-engagement so the design directly moves metrics like D1, D7, and D30. You get a designer who thinks like a product lead, with 100M+ users worth of shipped experience behind every decision.
05
How do you price your work?
I price by project scope or on a monthly retainer, depending on what fits your stage best. Fixed-scope projects work well for defined deliverables like an MVP, a redesign, or a specific feature, while retainers are better for ongoing design partnerships where priorities shift week to week. I'll share a clear estimate after our discovery call.
06
How do you handle confidentiality and intellectual property rights?
I'm happy to sign an NDA before we exchange anything sensitive, and all work produced during our engagement belongs fully to you once invoices are cleared. I'll only showcase the work publicly with your explicit permission, many of my client projects stay private until launch.
